Equipped with stable HUST servo control system and bilingual Chinese & English touch screen, it supports clockwise and counter-clockwise cam operation for flexible production adjustment. Built-in automatic wire length detection and overheat protection function greatly lower machine failure risks during 24-hour non-stop running.
Two models are available: XD-CNC20 processes 0.2–2.3mm wire, while XD-CNC35 handles 1.5–4.0mm wire, covering most common spring production demands. Operators can freely adjust production speed and store up to 1700 sets of spring programs for quick product switching.
