This 11-axis universal spring former is equipped with top-tier Taiwan bus control system and original Japanese industrial servo motors. It consists of 8 independent forming axes (A1–A8), 1 wire feeding Y axis, 1 quill rotating Z axis and 1 spinning U axis. Every servo axis runs independently, and all coordinated movements can be fully programmed via the touch screen to realize synchronous or asynchronous forming actions for all kinds of complicated wire products.
