The ZW-80C is a dedicated heavy-duty CNC vortex spring machine independently developed for manufacturing flat scroll vortex springs made of rectangular flat wire. Equipped with 7 independent servo axes and a high total servo power of 35.3KW, this machine perfectly processes thick flat wire ranging from 2.0×4.0mm to 4.0×12.0mm.
Powered by an intelligent Windows operating system, it stores over 2000 forming programs and supports unlimited wire feeding length with a maximum feeding speed of 70m/min. Fitted with a precision detection probe and stable pneumatic auxiliary system, it maintains consistent dimensional accuracy for finished vortex springs. Widely used to produce automotive brake vortex springs, mechanical clutch scroll springs, power tool clockwork springs and lock hardware flat spiral components.
