This 8-axis high speed spring coiler is composed of eight fully independent servo axes: 1 wire feeding axis, 2 outer diameter control axes, 2 cutting axes, 1 pitch axis, 1 mandrel back-and-forth horizontal moving axis, and 1 mandrel up-down vertical moving axis. Every single movement of each axis can be edited and adjusted separately on the touch screen. The matched optional induction length inspector realizes real-time online spring length detection during continuous high-speed running, eliminating defective springs and meeting strict zero-tolerance quality demands of overseas electronics, medical and hardware industries.

Feeding position can be set accurately from Y0.01mm to 99999.99mm, with storage capacity for up to 999 groups of spring production programs.
