It is composed of a wire storage tray, machine base, drive motor, gear reducer, frequency inverter, sensor switches and electrical relays. Equipped with both automatic continuous operation and manual jog adjustment modes, it maintains perfect speed synchronization with the main machine to stabilize wire feeding speed. Built-in alarm sensors will immediately notify operators and stop the machine automatically in cases of wire tangling or material exhaustion.
