Our ZW-BH15 and ZW-BH25 are dedicated 6-axis CNC wave spring forming machines professionally developed for mass production of flat wave springs, multi-turn wave rings and metal wave retaining rings. Equipped with full servo drive structure and Windows intelligent operating system, they deliver ultra-high dimensional accuracy and stable continuous running performance.
Two models cover different wire processing ranges: ZW-BH15 for thin wire (0.2–3.5mm), ZW-BH25 for thick wire (0.3–5mm). The machine supports unlimited wire feeding length with a maximum feeding speed of 100 m/min, and can store over 2000 sets of forming programs to switch different wave spring products quickly.
