The ZW-CNC20 and ZW-CNC35 3/4-axis CNC universal spring formers adopt Taiwan CNC controller and Japanese industrial servo motors. Standard configuration includes Cam X axis, Wire Feeding Y axis and Quill Z axis; an extra Spinner U axis is optional as the 4th axis. All servo axes can be programmed via computer instructions to realize synchronous or asynchronous movement, supporting precise 24-hour non-stop running. Two models cover wire diameter from 0.2mm to 4.0mm, widely used for producing compression springs, torsion springs, retaining rings, wave springs and special-shaped wire components.

Our ZW-CNC20 and ZW-CNC35 3/4-axis CNC universal spring forming machines are professional wire forming equipment independently developed by Zhuowang Machinery. Each unit is equipped with Taiwan HUST CNC controller and high-performance Japanese industrial servo motors.
Standard configuration includes 3 servo axes: Cam X axis, Wire Feeding Y axis and Quill Z axis. Customers can choose an extra Spinner U axis as the 4th axis for complicated spring processing. All axis movements can be programmed via system instructions to realize synchronous or asynchronous operation, enabling stable round-the-clock production.
The two models cover wire diameters ranging from 0.2mm to 4.0mm. They are widely applied to manufacture compression springs, torsion springs, retaining rings, wave springs and various special-shaped wire components for automotive, electronics, medical hardware and daily hardware industries.
